Simple Truth

I had pursued every goal, convinced that happiness could be achieved with just one more accomplishment. Once I had achieved everything, I came to the realization that I had never taken the time to appreciate any of it.

The true prize wasn't in my achievements, but in the near-missed moments - the serene calm, the shared laughter, the beauty of just being there. All the things I believed I required were always within my reach. After I learned how to release control, I discovered that it was sufficient.
