CamelBak’s "We Got Your Bak" Slogan Feels Like a Joke Right Now

I used to really trust CamelBak. After spending upward of $6,000 on their products over the past 5 years, I thought their "lifetime warranty" and the "We Got Your Bak" slogan meant something. But my recent experience has been anything but reassuring.

Here’s the deal: I filed two claims. The first one went in ages ago and is still stuck in limbo. The second one, which I submitted after, was handled, replaced, and sent back to me without any issues. So why is my first claim still dragging on? Shouldn’t this be straightforward for a product with a lifetime guarantee? It feels like this should be a simple process.

Honestly, this whole situation has been incredibly frustrating. CamelBak’s slogan now feels like a joke. If they truly had my back, this claim wouldn’t be taking so long. I bought their products with the expectation that they’d honor their word, and it’s disheartening to see that doesn’t seem to be the case.

I feel completely let down and misled. I thought a lifetime warranty meant something real, but it’s starting to feel like just words. I want others to be aware of this experience before they end up in the same frustrating situation.
